1. You are responsible for thoroughly reading these terms of use. If you have any questions, you will be expected to ask them before making an account.

2. Accounts must be approved by a SpookyBoyz webmaster before you can sign in. Please allow up to 72 hours for approval. If your request has not been approved, and you have not received an email from us, please contact us.

3. Subscriptions are available beginning November 01, 2019. These accounts will have access to exclusive content. ALL content on these accounts are to be kept confidential. Please do not share login information, or any content hosted on these subscription-only pages. Violating this section could result in permanent revocation of your account.

4. Customers with paid subscriptions can cancel at any time. Please sign in to your account and use our site to cancel any subscriptions. 

5. You acknowledge that the information you provide to us is accurate and current. 

6. Watertown WI Paranormal will not be liable for any injury that occurs as a result of your investigation. 

7. Watertown WI Paranormal will not be liable for any citations or criminal charges that are issued as a result of your investigation. 

8. Every person is responsible for obtaining permission for the locations they visit. If they fail to do this, they will be "taking their own risk" upon entering those locations. Accusations should never be made toward another person or group, even if you believe they were trespassing. This is NOT your place to do so. 

9. Acts of vandalism, property damage, stealing, or other similar behavior will NOT be tolerated.

10. We take vandalism very seriously, which ruins the reputation for other investigators and makes it even more difficult for us to obtain permission. Any evidence of vandalism posted on this site will be turned into law enforcement. If we have reason to believe vandalism has taken place, we may turn in your information to police to identify you.

11. Harassment, hate speech, or other disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated. If you believe someone is harassing you, please use the "Contact Us" page to report it. Please include their username if possible.

12. All content uploaded to this site MUST be real or believed to be real. Fake content or content edited to be fake will NOT be permitted. 

13. All content uploaded must be your own or your group's content. Sharing content is okay, but do NOT claim that it is your own. 

14. SpookyBoyz reserves the rights to all content we upload to this site. 

15. Violations to any of these policies may result in immediate suspension of your account. Paid memberships may be cancelled at the discretion of the SpookyBoyz team. In the event that your account is suspended, we may reach out to you and explain the reasoning. You may reply and appeal the suspension by replying to us, and the SpookyBoyz team will make a final decision.

16. Any information obtained by SpookyBoyz may be used by the team. On occasion, we may give credit to the person suggesting a haunted location by using the submitter's first name and last initial. These may be acknowledged on the podcast, website, or any media we post. This will be available to the public. SpookyBoyz will never give out personal information, financial information, or contact information. 

17. These rules and regulations are subject to change. We will post updates to the "terms of use" page and send any changes to the registered users via email.
